Hunter Warfield - We lived at the mandalay at shadowlake and our washer overflowed
It was new and had been put in by conn's. The manager said we had to use their vendor, Instar who only replaced the dining carpet, 2 fans for 3 days, and some base board already painted; the same in the unit below us except had some wall spackling.
We have Allstate and it took 7 days to complete. However, the manager Carrie who lies and takes what she can ignoring the property code of texas.. we have letters to allstate, laramar,and instar because 6 weeks later after they were paid almost 7000 dollars by allstate they wanted us to pay another 2000; we asked for receipts and any cooberating information that would justity this additional amount and state farm and allstate have a guide for water damage and what was done should have not been more than 5000 dollars, 9000 would be a hurricane with standing water and the windows blown out; we were never given any backup for any of the additional amounts or the entire project, but two months later Instar gave us a spreadsheet with numbers; no paychecks, no receipts and said that more than 10 workers had been there, and we were there the entire time and this is a lie. H Warfield also gave no receipts or justificationand so it was removed by Transunion December of 2014, not owing any more or creating damage to othe unit.
We have disputed the situation again and filed with the District Attorney for Florida as there are many people that have been duped by this unscupulous company and debt collector.
He is affecting our credit and we are in the pprocess of disputing, demanding this be removed immediately and we are going to sue H Warfield, Laramar, and the Credit Agencies for not removing the extra charges and not sending us any evidence or that it changed; we want it removed immediately or we will with the district attorney be filling individually and in a larger class action suit for his ongoing unscrupuloous lies. It happened in 2014 They have been contacted multiple times; it was removed and we received to response or justification from them or Laramar
