I'm in the same boat. The previous owner of my house was renting it out, and they're calling for the last tenant before I bought the place.
I've explained at least a dozen times that she no longer lives here, and that she gave them a fake name (I still get hospital bills to the name they ask for, my neighbor told me it was tenant's alias). They tell me every time that they're taking me off their call list, and then I'm woken up at 9:15AM the next morning with the same phone call asking for the same person.
It's been about 2 months I've been dealing with that. You figure out how to make them stop, please post it so we can follow suit.
American home 4 rent is not a reputable company someone can rely on. This people are out there to screw the masses and authorities needs to look into how this company is being set up and operated because they don't rely on their words.

Sounds like a personal problem. Don't be mad at people for doing their job be mad at your leasing office for "accidentally" sending an unpaid housing debt. Good day :-)
This is a horrible company and have rhe most dusrespect csr in tge world. I had a lwase i hate to break and the property sent it to collections a week after i moved out.
Hunterwarfield is corrupt. My debt is paid iff but i dont trust them so i will sue if its on my credit report
